• Weather and Travel Policy


    Inclement Weather and Cancellation Policy –Please make a note of our cancellation policy; cancellations 5 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (minus 3% reservation fee). After that, the reservation is non-refundable. The Tahoe area is subject to mother nature and travelers should anticipate potential winter storms, summer wildfire smoke, and power outage events.

    Wildfire smoke can and will disrupt many planned activities throughout the fire season. Official Winter Storm Warnings advising against non-essential travel are probable during any winter month in the entire mountain west. Power outages are common in both the snow and wildfire season. As such, we highly advise utilizing trip insurance at the time of booking.

  • Minimum Night Stay

    Weekday: 1 night
    Weekend: 2 night
    Holiday: 3 night

  • Mid-Stay Cleans

    We simply don't have the staff to offer complimentary mid-stay cleans to all guests, however, if this is a service you are interested in you may purchase one for an additional charge of $35.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival date to be eligible for a full refund (minus a 3% credit card transaction fee). Within 5 days, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made with 24 hours will not receive a refund. The Tahoe area is subject to mother nature and travelers should anticipate potential winter storms, summer wildfire smoke, and power outage events.

  • No Smoking

    For the comfort of “all” of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside at least 20ft. from the building.

  • Pets

    We love providing cozy, friendly rooms for you and your pet while enjoying your stay in Tahoe. Please follow these rules while staying with your pet here. Please keep your pet under control at all times. The fee for your pet(s) will be $50.00 per stay. Maximum 2 pets per room. Please consider other guests when walking your pet and clean up after them. We have an open field/gravel area and a dog park behind our motel for walking your pet. Please keep pets off of the golf course. Prevent your pet from doing damage of any kind to the premises and its belongings. (Pets can show unusual behavior in unfamiliar environments). Only well behaved pets shall be left unattended in rooms if an emergency contact number is provided, and crates are always recommended. If your pet gets on the bed, please use the pet sheet provided to cover the bedding. They are located in the baskets with the water/food bowls, complimentary treats and poop bags. Damages, soiled linens, injury, or loss of revenue caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file. Minimum charge of $15.00.

  • Check in / Check out

    Check In: 3:00PM local time (Please be aware that we utilize a self check-in system. We will likely not be on site at the time of your arrival).
    Check Out: 11:00AM local time

  • Rollaway/Extra Person

    Extra person/Rollaway bed fee: You can book one rollaway bed per room (except for Rm. 2) for a charge of $35/stay
