You’ll have exclusive access to three distinct accommodations: the spacious Cedar Lodge, the cozy Quail Cabin, and the charming Stone Cottage. RVs and tent camping can also be arranged for larger gatherings, and yes, your dogs are welcome so your furry friends can join in on the festivities (just a heads-up—additional fees may apply).

**Kindly note that we assess a $25 fee per person per night after 12 guests to allow us to offer the property at a less expensive rate for smaller groups. Some booking platforms allow you to book up to 16 guests. If your party has more than 16 guests, we will assess the fee separately after booking as a request for payment. By booking, you agree to these terms.**

The Cedar Lodge at Quail Crossing-
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS-Sleeps 12
*Primary bedroom: Memory foam king bed. Plus, a twin sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair for when you bring along the extended entourage. Enjoy the en-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub (bubbles included), private gas fireplace, and a private balcony. Start your mornings here, pretending you’re in a coffee commercial.
*Second upstairs bedroom: Queen bed, twin daybed with trundle, and yet another twin sleeper sofa. Step into your own private large bedroom, with a personal stairwell for that touch of exclusivity.
*Entertaining Pub Room: Wet bar meets queen Murphy bed in this clever, multipurpose hangout space. It’s a private bedroom by night, and a full-bar by day. Bar is equipped with Karaoke, big screen TV, and darts.
DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
Gourmet Kitchen: Soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and space for 10-14 people to gather, because one thing is clear: you’re going to eat well here. Open up to the outdoor patio for granite dining, a BBQ grill, and endless possibilities for “accidentally” burning the veggies.
*Outdoor Living Area: Picture this—outdoor speakers, a fireplace, and the cool, open air. Here, your playlists sound better, the stars shine brighter, and your marshmallows burn slower.
